What information do we collect?

We may collect your email and Metamask public address.

We also may collect some device related information, such as IP address, operating system and browser type.

We may also collect any personal data via AR (augmented reality hereinafter) technology including images, photos and videos you share within the product CryptoFlowers.

We don't require personal information to use many of our Services. If you choose not to disclose personal information, however, you will not be able to enjoy certain features of our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you use our Services. For example, we may collect device information, such as your device type, operating system type, browser type, device ID, and IP address. We may also collect usage data, such as what website you were on that brought you to our website, when you used our Services and for how long, what pages and content you accessed, and features you used on our Services.

We may derive other information from the information we collect, such as your general location from your IP address. In addition, with your consent, the Services may access precise geolocation data on your mobile device to enable features and deliver content based on your current location. What do we use your information for?

We use the data we collect (including photos, images and video content received via AR technology) to operate our business, and to make the Game available to you. This includes using the data to improve our Game, and to personalize your experiences. We may also use the data to manage your email subscriptions, improve the relevance and security of our website, respond to user enquiries, send you periodic marketing communications about our Game, and improve the relevance of our advertising.

Yes, we use cookies to:

- estimate our audience size and usage pattern;

- store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customize our Sites according to your individual interests;

- speed up your searches;

- and recognize you when you return to our Site.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

Except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or regulatory requirements, we are committed to retaining your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the personal data was collected.

We will however delete all data that is no longer necessary after a reasonable period. We will also delete your data upon your request. We may keep your information for longer for research or statistical purposes. If we do, we will make sure your information is anonymised and non-traceable to you as a person. We will also keep it for longer if we may not delete it for legal or regulatory reasons.

How long do we keep your information?

We share your personal data with your consent, or as necessary to make the Game available to you. You may access the personal data we gathered about you in your profile page at any time.

Data Portability

You may request a copy of the personal data we gathered about you by submitting a request at @support.

Data Erasure

You may delete the personal data we gathered about you in your profile page. Please note that some pieces of this information are required to provide you access to the game and deleting them means deleting your whole profile.

Data Correction

You may modify the personal data we gathered about you in your profile page at any time.

Please note that you will have to validate your email address once again after changing it.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Changes to our Privacy Policy

We may make changes to the Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will make the updated Policy available on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy accordingly.
